A 62-year-old man appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with five drug related offenses dating back to 2021.
Pharmicist Craig Marven Colwell was not required to enter a plea to the indictable offenses, which stems from suppling of Pharmaceutical drugs without keeping documentation.

Between the 4th day of January 2021 and the 28th day of February 2025 in the Parish of Pembroke, being a person lawfully authorized to supply a controlled drug namely:
1.oxycodone/acetaminophen
2. oxycodone/acetaminophen
3.tramadol/acetaminophe
4. oxycodone
5. oxycodone
under regulation 7(3)(b) and Schedule 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1973, and being a person required to keep a register of such supply, did contravene regulation 13(2)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1973 in the particulars of the keeping of such register.
Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson released Colwell on $7500 hundred dollars bail also he is to report to Hamilton Police Station every Thursdays between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Colwell is scheduled to reappear on November 3, for the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment Session.
Colwell will be represented by KQ Jerome Lynch, representing the Crown was Paula Tyndale.
